The CallerID shown on people's cell phone is the same 10 digit number that they will see if you dial them direct. They will not know that you are using a CallBack service to call them. |

| My incoming calls are only free if they come from the same area code as my cell phone. What can I do? |
Look at the local system access numbers and find an access number in your area code. The system will call you back from the same number which you dial to initiate the call back. If you do not find any number in your local area code, you can leave feedback with us. |

| What if I dial an access number with a "1" before the number? |
If you are dialing our access number and your phone service provider is asking you to dial with a "1" before the number because it is a long distance, don't think that you will be charged a long distance Cell Phone call. Our system will give a busy tone and hang up that call. The system will then call you back which is an incoming call for you. Attend that call. Wait till you are asked to dial the desired number and talk as usual. |

| How to clear a wrongly dialed number? |
Press the * key to clear that number. Now you can dial another number. |

| How do I make another call after I am done with the first call? |
Press the * key at any time to make a follow up call in the same session. |

| What if I dont have a credit card? |
If you don't have a credit card, please make your Paypal account using your bank account and pay through this Paypal account. |

| How secure is the payment? |
If the payment is processed through Paypal which is one of the most secure payment processors around we do not get to know any details about your credit card or other payment mechanism. | Will I get a printed bill or invoice? |
No. It is a prepaid system but you will be able to see all your call activity online for the last 60 days. You will get to see itemized bill for each call along with its duration. |

No. You will only be charged for successful calls and billing starts after your talk session has been established with the other party. |

| Are there any hidden charges? |
Absolutely not. There are no connection or disconnection charges or any other hidden charges. |

You will be charged for first 60 seconds on every successful call that you make. After that you will be charged on a 30 seconds interval for the rest of the call duration. |
